My recent stay near Madrid was fantastic! The extensive breakfast exceeded expectations. The large, LOVELY room was the best. Staff can be a bit rude, but I'd choose it again! The pool area is better than in photos. Can't wait to go back!

During our recent stay, our group chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport, which turned out to be very convenient thanks to the efficient shuttle service. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were nice, and the room service was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the breakfast was more than satisfying, with good coffee to start our day.

The Melia Barajas in Madrid was a delightful stay for my family and teens. The buffet breakfast was superb, the free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the complimentary airport shuttle was a lifesaver. The hotel's treatments adapted to the current situation were top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. The outdoor pool, nestled within the expansive 3,000 m2 of gardens, provided a serene escape where I could relax and unwind after a long day of meetings. The tranquil setting of the pool area added to the overall ambiance, making it a highlight of my stay.

The room was so welcoming and cozy, with a huge, comfy bed that was perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a long day of work. The reading area and desk made it easy for me to unwind and catch up on some tasks.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathtub in the bathroom, but I know some people might enjoy it.

De locatie van het hotel was ideaal, in het charmante oude gedeelte van de stad. De kamer was ruim en mijn badkamer was brandschoon. De service was uitstekend, ik werd hartelijk ontvangen door Michaela en ze zorgde ervoor dat ik alles had wat ik nodig had. Het ontbijt was geweldig, ik kreeg een heerlijke fruitschaal en er waren ook drankjes beschikbaar. Het restaurant zag er fantastisch uit, helaas was het al volgeboekt. Ik zou zeker aanraden om een tafel te reserveren van tevoren. Over het algemeen had ik een geweldige ervaring hier.

Het enige negatieve aspect was dat het hotel ongeveer 1 km van het centrum van de stad lag.
